Hettich Poddar Wood Working Institute (HPWWI) has been conceptualized as an initiative with the objective of providing knowledge and building competency in the area of woodworking and hardware installation. Besides this, it also helps to upgrade existing skills to fill the need for skilled, competent, knowledgeable work force who are industry ready thereby bridging the gap of basic training provided at ITIs across the country.

The course covers in-depth practical work, core woodworking skills including modular furniture design/hardware installation. We have proven capability and performance in aligning Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship initiatives with Industry friendly training schemes in following categories:

• RPL 4 – Recognition of Prior learnings at Best in Class employers. On Job Trainings followed by useful training session and assessment
• NAPS – Reformed National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme. A proven solution for training and retaining World-class talent with induction for Industry readiness
• Basic training – Short term vocational courses for school dropouts towards employment generation

Recognized by FFSC & NSDC, HPWWI’s main centre at Faridabad is spread over 10,000 sq. feet & has state-of-the-art infrastructure, customized training modules, experienced faculty & technology knowledge partners.
