Prasad serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hettich India Pvt. Ltd., spearheading the company’s people-first philosophy. With over two decades of HR expertise, he has championed initiatives that align talent development with Hettich's vision of excellence and innovation.
Mr. Amit's leadership has driven transformative programs like Hettich Akademie, which prepares future leaders through skill development and professional growth. His focus on integrating HR strategies with business objectives has significantly contributed to Hettich’s success in the woodworking and skill development sectors.

Consultant, Hettich Poddar Woodworking Institute (HPWWI)
With a career spanning over four decades, Dilip Kumar Basu brings unmatched expertise in sales, training, and skilling initiatives to HPWWI. Having held senior roles at Singer India Ltd., Indian Furniture Product Ltd., and Hettich India Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Dilip has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation in various capacities.
Currently, he serves as a consultant for HPWWI, focusing on setting up training centers at ITIs across West Bengal and other regions. He also spearheads skilling and upskilling programs for carpenters, furthering HPWWI's mission of workforce empowerment.
Mr. Dilip’s efforts extend internationally, as he has successfully established Hettich display centers and training facilities in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, solidifying HPWWI's footprint in the global skilling ecosystem.
Deputy Director, Hettich Poddar Woodworking Institute (HPWWI), Faridabad
With 42 years of extensive industry experience, including six years focused on skilling, Deepak Sharma is a cornerstone of HPWWI's mission to empower individuals through vocational training.
He played a pivotal role in securing the prestigious Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK) status for HPWWI and was honored with the Skill Catalyst Award by the Indian Kitchen Congress in 2021 for his exceptional contributions to training carpenters under the RPL 4 scheme.
Currently, Mr. Deepak leads initiatives to adopt ITIs across India and mobilize underprivileged students for the Short-Term Training (STT)program, ensuring they receive quality training and meaningful industry placements. His leadership reinforces HPWWI's commitment to workforce development and excellence.
Center Head (West), Hettich Poddar Woodworking Institute (HPWWI)
With 26 years of extensive experience in sales, business development, and product management, Jaideep Trivedi plays a key role as the Center Head (West) at HPWWI. Mr. Trivedi has been instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence for the past 5.5 years.
His professional journey spans leadership roles at leading companies, including Prince Pipes & Fittings Ltd., Duraline India Pvt. Ltd., Polycab India Ltd., Bajaj Electricals Ltd., and Johnson Screens India Ltd., showcasing his versatility across industries.
Mr. Trivedi holds an Executive MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing Management, complemented by a Diploma in Marketing Management. His expertise and strategic insights contribute significantly to HPWWI's mission of empowering individuals through world-class skill development initiatives.

Guest Trainer Architect cum NID Qualified Designer, Training in Interior Planning / Furniture Design
A post graduate in Furniture and Interior Design from NID-Ahmedabad with experience across a number of large companies besides being a lecturer at 3 reputed institutes in subjects including furniture design. Currently, heads the Design cell at Hettich India.
Lead Trainer - HPWWI Hindi Medium, A real Success Story in Aspirational sense
Over 20 years of experience in Wood Working, Furniture Production, Furniture and Fittings and Modular Furniture Installation. Now an expert trainer and technical support for Hettich and is a certified NSBC/FFSC trainer for various job roles of wood working, furniture fittings and assembly.
